? Construct code based on software designs.
? Collaborate with team members for best-of-breed最佳组合 designs with a focus on scalability可扩展性, upgrade-ability, maintainability, flexibility, extensibility, robustness while meeting stated software requirements.
? Develop new applications and modules based on technical specifications.
? Correct defects both in new development projects as well as for service packs of existing projects.
? Participate in code reviews of both your and your colleagues work.
? Pro-actively identify and resolve design, technical and logical problems.
? Coordinate with US and other remotely based teams on all activities.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
? BA / BS in Computer Science or related Engineering degree
? 1-2 years development experience utilizing Visual Basic or VB.Net
? 2-3 years of database and MS SQL programming experience.
? Experience working in the Windows environment.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Excellent understanding of software development processes.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
? Functional knowledge专业素质要求 of SyteLine or other ERP systems in the areas of inventory 存货control, orders, or financials.
? Experience with design patterns in UI and server side development.
