职位描述
? Perform daily operations of accounting functions
? Prepare vouchers and manage document archiving
? Input receivable, payable and journal voucher
? Assist logistic team to process CO in ERP system
? Support roll out of new online financial system tools (e.g. E-Proc, T&E)
? Handle invoice settlement and expenses reimbursement
? Assist in month end closing and preparation of monthly financial reports
? Responsible for internal and external communication in finance related policies, SOP, and new initiatives
? Assist in review and improvement of internal controls
? Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
? Assist in annual stocktake
? Coordinate meetings and make travel arrangement for the team
? Provide administrative support to FD
? Provide support to other financial areas upon request
Education/Training: Bachelor's degree holder in Finance/Accounting disciplines
Work Experience: +2years of working experience from similar positions in preferably companies handling medical device or pharmaceutical industry. MNC work experience is preferable
