职位描述
Key responsibilities :
* Oversee and/or coordinate maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work
* Respond to client inquires and complaints: ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients / follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
* Perform facilities inspections and prepare reports
* Assists in the preparation of operating and capital budgets.
* Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding.
* Uses pc/and or PDA for work order system, email, ESS, process and procedure training.
* Other duties may be assigned.
Desired Skills and experience:
* To be considered for this role you will have a tertiary qualification in a technical or facilities field with a Facilities Management certification.
*The ideal candidates will have 4 years of related experience in contractor management, facilities management or project management.
* Candidates competent in application of Statutory Legislation affecting property operations and building services, including Workplace, Health & Safety Act, Essential Services regulations and Building Code of conduct will be will be highly regarded.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages along with excellent English communication skills are required.
