岗位职责：
The key roles and responsibilities of a Senior Manager / Associate Director in the Investment Advisory Services team are to:
I. Work collaboratively with the Senior Director, Investment Advisory Services - China in relation to the activities of the business line.
II. Assist the Senior Director, Investment Advisory Services - China to manage the day-to-day operations of the Beijing IAS team.
III. Co-ordinate and supervise the execution of assignments being undertaken by the Department.
IV. Liaise with both existing and potential clients regarding assignments being or to be undertaken by the Department.
V. Assist with business development and client relationship management initiatives as required.
VI. Carry out any other assignments as directed by Senior Director, Investment Advisory Services - China.
任职要求：
· Preference for Chinese national with native Chinese language skills; non-Chinese nationals can be considered if fluent in spoken and written Mandarin. Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to succinctly articulate research findings and opinions.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field from top-tier University; Masters degree preferred.
· Fully versed in investment topics, including ability to identify the risks and expected returns associated with individual investment opportunities.
· Clear understanding of real estate related financial analysis methodologies, including cash flow analysis and other financial investment analysis methodologies.
· Knowledge of real estate fund structures, including offshore, onshore and typical fee structures and investment strategies.
· A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations.
· Strong research and analytical skills.
· Demonstrated leadership skills and managerial experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
