About Audit and Assurance

Auditing today isn’t only about compliance or merely following rules. As our largest service line, you’ll experience a dynamic and fast moving working environment. From potential startups to multinational corporations, clients will look to you for advice on audit, regulatory, listing, private placement, corporate change, and a host of other business topics.

Job Descriptions:

Our Assurance professionals provide audit, accounting and regulatory services. They also offer risk management solutions, asset-related services as well as public listing services and corporate training for organisations ranging from potential start-up companies to large multi-nationals. Our Audit and Assurance practice include the following 4 main groups:

TICE: Technical Information Communication Entertainment
CIPS: Consumer Industrial Product Service
FS: Financing Service
EU&M: Energy, Utilities & Mining

• Providing China Audit and business advisory services to clients;
• Developing China Audit planning and structuring ideas and products;

Senior associates report to manager/senior manager of the firm.

Job Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in auditing, accounting, finance or other commercial oriented disciplines;
• China or overseas CPA qualification preferred;
• Minimum two years’ relevant experience in Big Four or more than four years’ relevant experience in local CPA firm;
• Solid base in PRC accounting/taxation practices and regulations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English and Mandarin;
• Good client relationship management skills;
• Good problem solving and decision making skills;
• Team player, dynamic and hardworking;
• Willing to travel.
