About Internal Firm Services

In order to deliver a first-class service to our clients, we need first-class support internally. Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.

Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.


Job Description:

  • Support senior manager/manager (SM/M) to build up long term relationship with undergraduates, placement offices and professors of universities;
  • Support SM/M to implement graduates recruitment plan and programs locally; this may include logistics arrangement of campus promotion events, interview scheduling, offer reception, Application Tracking System (ATS) maintenance, reporting/analysis, etc.
  • Lead/support employer branding program, activities, and events(e.g firm visit/seminar, student club, internship program) to maintain PwC's status as "employer of choice";
  • Representing PwC to attend some students' events;
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with other stakeholders internally so that GR programs are well aware and supported; and
  • Participate in cross-location Graduate Recruitment Projects.

Job Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce or Social Sciences;
  • One to three years' graduate recruitment relevant experiences within a services or multinational corporation environment;
  • Experience within a multi-cultural, preferably Chinese environment is desirable;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
  • Negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships;
  • Client service focus with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility;
  • Proven project management experience and strong organization skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction;
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • A team player;
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands;
  • A 'can do' attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team; and
  • The ability and willingness to coach and develop other team members.
