Overview:
Komax Group has a position as Channel Sales Manager available in the region China within the business unit Komax Wire.
The Channel Sales Manager will report to the Head of Sales and Service.This position has the responsibility of managing distribution Accounts, increase market share and establish a channel control system in line with Komax China sales strategy.
Responsibilities will include the following:
*Building up the distribution management system.
*Discover and qualify distributor partners at Non-Automotive industry, special in Telecom and Railway industry.
*Meet quarterly and yearly sales goals. Responsible for building channels relationships and managing the existing distributors to meet the sales goal.
*Attend assigned training during normal selling hours Involving in positioning various products, creating strategic partnerships, channel partners identifying revenue sources, making business agreements with partners (new channels etc…) .
*To develop the capability and products knowledge of distributors to drive the business.
*Inputs and tracks orders per customers’ requests and purchase orders.
*Repeat business from existing distributors. Providing Sales forecast and sending biweekly reports/ updates (including sales and activities reports)
*Expand sales opportunities and capture accounts.
*Consistently Work with distributors to generate new customers.
*Assure Komax service quality is met through all distributors
*Perform regular distributor audits.
Requirements & Qualifications:
*Strong analytical skills
*Demonstrated record of influence management
*Articulate; strong oral and written communication skills
*Self directed demonstrating high degree of initiative
*Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner to others.
*Strong understanding of procedural information and related product application.
*Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with various business contacts .
*Ability to establish proper priorities.
*Good organizational skills.
Education required/ preferred:
Bachelor Degree in Business / Technical with 5-7 years of related experience
Experience:
Strong Channel sales and distributors management experience, business development preferably from railway and aerospace, telecom industry.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
A minimum of three years working in the similar role
Comfortable with Multi National company internal processes
Ability to get in details, and solve problems
Skills/Competencies:
Other Skills:
Aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team.
