-For our Healthcare in Beijing, we are looking for a Room Planning at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
1. Timely and qualified perform Re-installation Med System’s room planning, including room proposal, final room planning via communicate with related Maintenance Contract Sales Engineers, Site Customer Service Engineers, Project Managers and Customers.
2. Communicating and accept all operative advices from Customer Care Center ensure optimal performance all process activities related to within his/her area of responsibility.
3. Timely report any customers’ requests to his supervisor and adjust related room planning accordingly.
4. Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards from Siemens Healthcare.
5. Maintain highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.
6. All responsibilities and jobs must be performed as cost-effectively as possible, taking profitability into account.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor degree or above with majored in Computer or Biomedical Engineering

-Above 2 years working experience in medical equipments room planning or customer service maintenance experience
-Good learning skill, customer oriented and strong sense of responsibility
-Good English skill both writing and oral
