Position title: General Manager

JD:

We are looking a General Manager for a Famous US company

This position will cover Functions: Production, Logistic, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, Engineering, Program Management, and HR, Finance and so on.


Responsibilities:

Complete P&L responsibilities: including commercial, operations, HR, Finance, Engineering, Program Management activities for factory
Identifies areas of risk in regulatory compliance and takes a lead role in identifying strategies to minimize risk
To persuade and support the following of Company policies and business objectives in the daily management of the operations of the Company.
To identify growth and developmental opportunities and on-going training needs of supervisory personnel, which provide for an overall positive working environment
Builds and maintains effective working relations with the Asia leadership team and employee-partners to advise both on employee-related or organizational matters
Participate as required in Continuous Improvement teams and provide leadership and support to teams in their efforts to meet and exceed targeted capital costs.
Employ the principles of Lean manufacturing for elimination of waste and optimization of labor efficiencies.
Drive the business to a higher stage of business success;


Qualification:

· Minimum of 15 years of related experience in operations and/or supply chain management, Success must be evidenced by a track record of promotions

· The ideal candidate will be local person with at least 10 years of senior management experience in China

· Prior experience in managing sizeable facilities in China is a plus

· Demonstrated experience on Lean manufacture/continuous improvement.

· Demonstrated ability to execute a growth strategy, strong operations and technical background.
