Job Description
1.Production and manufacturing processes
Development and refinement of production and manufacturing processes
2.Production documents, work instructions and reports
Preparation of technical manufacturing documents, work instructions, production and testing documentation, documentation of experiments, process specifications
3.Parameterization of machinery and equipment
Parameterization of new machinery and equipment, reparameterized with the introduction of new products, define process specifications
4.Product and production performance
Monitoring of product and production performance, optimization of quality, efficiency, repeatability and scrap
5.Development projects, tasks and projects
Personal acquisition of important tasks and projects, and subprojects as part of our development projects, personal assumption of development projects

Job Specification
1.Diploma in engineering, Chemical engineer, Polymer technology specialist, Process engineering or comparable qualifications including Master derivatives
2.2-3 years in research &development of Rubber industries
3.Knowledge in rubber processing/WCM knowledge/statistics. Six Sigma and maintenance will be helpful
4.English fluent in speech and writing. Other languages will be helpful
5.Willingness to travel necessary
