The Product Manager drives innovation and design features for the product lines. He/she is directly responsible for designing features that will provide rich user experience while maintaining a streamlined user interaction model. This is a key role as the product expert within s overall organization both from driving customer initiative through the Development team, as well as acting as a primary point of contact for the Sales, Services and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
1.Drive strategic direction of the product lines
2.Design innovative product features based upon industry requirements 3.Author high quality design specifications within an agile methodology 4. Interact with Developers to drive product feature implementation 5.Demonstrate product features to internal and external stakeholders 6.Provide support to all areas of the organization including Sales, SQA,
Development & Services Requirements:
1.University Degree, any discipline, preference to Degrees in fields related to Marketing or Engineering
2. 5+ years experience in a Product Management or similar role 3.Experience writing detailed user stories, managing a backlog and product roadmap
4.Experience in obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback from various sources, assessing root needs, and integrating into a cohesive design 5.Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
6.Experience with large enterprise deployments of CRM/MDM systems an asset
7.Strong time management skills
8.Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
9. Fluent in English (oral and written)
10.Hard and efficient worker 11.Able to learn new concepts and apply them quickly
