职位描述
Responsibilities工作职责
1. Reinforce PSG industrial products sales development in North Market.
2. Be responsible for managing selling activities, business development, sales growth to rapidly gain market share within East China Area
3. Based on sales target to draft relative business plan and implement it
4. Fulfill market survey, collect competitor information and set up customer database
5. Establish and maintain good relationship with key accounts
6. Frequently meeting with customer to learn the demand and obtain favorable advantage
7. Push the whole process execution from pricing, order following up and payment receiving and products claiming
8. Lead regional sales team to exploit new application market and customer resource
9. Feedback the potential business opportunity in term of new product, market trend
10. Study and summarize the application characters in particular responsible industry
11. Summarize the market trend, market demand, buying behaviors and decision makers, customer, investment plan to Sales Director and Marketing
12. Sales Channel development and management
13. Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff in all functions and areas of the business, inter sectional, with PSG
14. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
15. Complete all company request sales reporting on a timely manner to sales director
16. Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Experience 知识,技能,工作经验要求
· B.S. required, preferably in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering
· At minimum of 5 years and over relevant working experiences in pump field
· Solid knowledge of pump industry
· Establishes and exploits good, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, key institutions other relevant bodies.
· Organizational leadership skills: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team
· Initiative, honest, self-motivated, teamwork spirit
· Excellent sales skill
· Can work under pressure and frequent business travel.
· Fluent written & verbal English communication skills.
