Job Description:

1.Set up test plan in CAQ according to global control plan.
2.Perform process capability study by means of CAQ.
3.Establish and update inspection instruction according to process guideline and control plan.
4.Coordinate internal quality problem solving.
5.Carry out internal process audit and daily in-process check.
6.Customer support:
-- Handle NCR from customers in Japan. As interface, coolaberate with sister plants and Japanese sales. Directly follow up NCR handling progress with customer and sister plants.
-- Handle the domestic customer’s NCR.
-- Prepare quality documentation upon request, include: PPAP/ISIR, customer specific requirements.
--Coordinate customer audit.
7.Conduct the related quality training to inspectors and operators.
8.Perform any other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirment:

1.Bachelor of engineering.
2.Quality work in manufacturing factory, work experience in automotive industries at least 3 years.
3.Have knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
4.Deal with supplier quality concern–8D method, 5why, Fishbone, etc.
5.Familiar with creating PPAP/ISIR.
6.Know basic knowledge of metal processing.
7.Good Japanese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability and can use it in daily work fluently. Japanese grade N2 or above is requested.
8.Have good communication and cooperation ability, and team work.
9.Good logical thinking and high analysis ability.
10.Skillful on Mcsoft office.
