Job Title: Casting Components Supplier Quality Assurance-Wind
Location: Tianjin, China
Direct Report to: Supplier Quality Assurance China Manager
Indirect report to: Supplier Quality Assurance WEA Manager

Responsibilities:
? Homologation Components Approval according to PAP ( Part Approval Process);
? Non Conformities resolution;
? Supplier Monitoring (Annual Process Audits, Action Plans);
? Continuous Improvement (PDCA, KAIZEN, Six Sigma, LEAN, etc.);
? Inspectors management;
? Quality Control Plan, definition and maintenance;
? Quality Documents Management;
? Feedback of experience to Engineering and Innovation;
? Engineering Change implementation and validation in suppliers.

Responsibilities on EHS:
? Comply with EHS policy.
? Participate in the deployment and compliance with legal requirements and internal EHS.
? Identification of risks that affect their area or field of work and define / propose means of prevention and adequate protection to prevent them.
? Active participation in the development of courses and proposals for improvement to avoid incidents and accidents.
? Educate and train in work procedures / instructions concerning them safe for their duties.
? Carry out work according to the rules and procedures, avoiding any acts or omissions at work that might pose a danger or risk to its integrity or the people around them.
? Wear personal protective equipment required for individual and groups performing the work safely, checking that they are in perfect condition and ensuring the proper condition of the goods.
? Take care of work equipment: machines, tools, facilities, ... they handle, ensuring the proper state, keeping in order and cleanliness their workplace.
? Cooperate in combating any emergency that arises.
? Immediately report failures, deficiencies, or any situation detected and that may pose a risk to people and anything that might involve some uncontrolled risk.
? Report any accident or incident is detected, helping as needed in the subsequent investigation of it.
? Assume the basic principle that should do the work in the safest possible way for which it is necessary and priority setting the tone of this behavior.
Requirement:
? Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical/Materials Engineering;
? Industrial Experience in Supplier or/and Project Management (Preferred mechanical);
? Casting Processes (Nodular Cast) and inspection (Visual and UT);
? Solving problems experience (8D, 6Sigma tools);
? Preferred experience casting processes or/and Wind turbine components (3 years);
? Knowledge foundry and machining processes.
