Enterprise Business Solution （EBS）

Key Responsibilities:
1. To be a key solutions owner for developing and delivering professional & technical solutions and services to industry clients and prospects to meet both near-term and long-term financial & customer growth and KPI goals
2. To lead, plan and manage client engagement from pre-sales, tendering & proposal through to contract award according to the defined best practices and guidelines of JOS, and provide quality and timely support during tender/proposal process including project costing and pricing
3. To project manage the assigned SPS project resource and/or 3rd party resource to achieve the defined project charter, deliverables, financial, schedule, quality and productivity objectives and KPIs
4. To manage and ensure full compliance on defined financial and operational policies as well as industry best practices in project undertaking
5. To collaborate with and support Business Development and COE units in developing industry-based solutions and services , as well as pre-sales materials and collaterals
6. To support and participate where needed in industry and vendor forums and events to promote JOS capability and solutions & services awareness

Education and Experience Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Computer / Information Technology / Management Information systems or related disciplines
2.Minimum 7 years of successful solution pre-sales & post-sales experience in a solutioning and project management capacity is highly preferable
3.Certifications on project management (PMP), quality management (ISO), service management (ITIL) and/or technology vendors’ programs desirable
4.Hands-on knowledge and practical experience in Technical Architecture/Solutioning, Linux, Windows & Mobile OS, Application Software, Databases, and Business Intelligence, etc. is required
5.Working experience in Retail, Shopping Mall, Hospitality and/or MUD property development industries for MNCs and private sector inChinadefinitely an asset
6.Strong client consultation, pre-sales & post-sales delivery, relationship management, issue management, problem solving, communications & presentation, client management and service oriented skills required
7.Business consulting,, business process management, project management, quality management, and/or risk management practice and experience preferred
8.Fluency in written and oral English and Chinese (Mandarin and with Cantonese preferred)
