MCE Onboarding Support:

? Support MCE hiring and onboarding experience as necessary, work closely with staffing team and HR operations team etc.

? Coordinate with staffing team to support MCE to apply for visa, work permit, credit card, and follow up the laptop purchase PO, apply for employee badge to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

? Support MCE check-out process for transition to US Rotation.

? Support MCE check-in process and contract transfer after MCE landing back to China.

MCE Program Operations:

? Partner and work with the MACH MCE PM to own and drive the day to day logistics of the MACH MCE program;

? Ensure operational and logistical support is well provided and delivered for MACH MCE hires on rotation experiences, activities and etc.

? Manage and own the MACH Sharepoint, to ensure the content is uploaded and updated in time through close collaboration with MCE PM and other key stakeholders

? Support MACH MCE PM on the overall MACH MCE program stakeholders communication plan, be able to do content drafting

? Support MACH MCE PM to prepare the related rotation document and collect data for business reviews

? Coordinate visa and credit card application for MGX, rotations, and landing in China, including processing streamline templates/communications/processes

? Proactively work with global MACH operation teams and cross function team in GCR whenever needed to ensure the rotation visa and relocation process are smoothly implemented in a timely manner

? Serves as go-to-person on MACH MCE operation to provide support, input, recommendation to ensure operation excellence

? Work closely with global MACH team to ensure program operation alignment with MACH MCE program

MCE Event Support:

? Support events such as MACH MCE GCR China Onboarding Week, Reconnection Week, Landing Week, China Kick Off, MGX, etc. and take full ownership of the overall logistics to ensure the best experience.

? Support end to end logistics for MACH MCE training programs;

? Collect feedback and do analysis on the participants’ feedback survey results for continued enhancement;

? Coordinate MCE alumni, mentor or manager events/engagement/trainings

? Local training or community/network building support for MACH MCEs

? Work closely with MACH MCE PM for possible new local initiatives for MCE hires in GCR

Qualifications/Requirements:

？ BA/BS minimum required

？ 3-5 years working experience in operation or project management related roles

？ Strong English and communication skill, to be able to work independently, effectively and proactively with diverse and international teams;

？ Very detail oriented and strong sense of operation excellence

？ Exceptional sense of accountability and urgency to drive and execute for quality results

？ Be able to work under pressure and prioritize effectively

？ Confident and good interpersonal communication and strong cross group collaboration skills

？ Strong organizational and project management skills, Strong customer focus

？ Strong creative, flexible and adaptable skills

？ Strong “initiator” skills to identify opportunities/solutions to benefit MACH stakeholders and team processes

？ Strong event management experience and knowledge preferred

？ Ability to manage ambiguity
