Job description

1. Responsible for the whole supplier quality project management for whole China Region

2. Responsible for controlling and improving the supplier quality

3. Responsible for the whole team maintenance and expanding

4. Responsible for the key technical issue solution

5. Responsible for training for the all staff in Quality control

6. Setting up the working procedure

7. Cooperate with the other department to complete all projects

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Solid experience in Automotive industry

3. 10+ years working experience

4. 5+ years experience in management position

5. Hands on experience in supplier quality management

6. Familiar with TS16949 and ISO9001

7. Strong leadership and outstanding team management skill

8. Excellent cooperation skill in cross functional department

9. Fluent English
