职位描述：

1、拓展沿海地区的项目投资；
2、拓展沿海地区各级市政及工业用水供给、水处理、污水净化以及海水淡化领域的市场并进行项目开发；
3、对项目进行评估，制作可行性分析报告，包括预计开支等各种财务分析；
4、与政府相关部门或者相关企业进行协商、谈判，并保持良好合作关系；
5、完成项目执行前期的各项准备工作，并提供在项目发展各个阶段的支持；
6、定期汇报项目进展情况，跟踪分析内外部环境变化。

职位要求：

1、大学本科学历；
2、能独立与政府、相关企业洽谈业务；有政府渠道资源优先考虑；
3、有从事过政府特许经营业务的经验，譬如：道路，垃圾，煤气，水厂等业务；
4、有环保，水处理业务的工作背景；
5、能承受一定的工作压力，能适应出差。
