Job description

1. In charge of leading to implement technical changes in production line.

2. Technical support on daily operation and problem solving.

3. Create and maintain BOM, Routine, process time in ERP system according to technical Document from R&D.

4. Initial or optimize work instruction for assembly according to technical Document from R&D.

5. Develop and optimize assembly fixture, tooling for improve process capability and productivity.

6. Manage and optimize production layout considering 3M flow.

7. Lead and participate pilot assembly process for new products.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering.

2. Around 5 years practical experience in assembly planning, industrial engineering manufactory or related area, preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture.

3. Familiar with computer (Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and UG).

4. Good coordinating and communication skills.

5. Ability of design and solve process problem independently.

6. Knowledge and experience with planning software systems especially in SAP is preferred.

7. Good English language skills both oral and written are must.
