职位描述
Description:
1.负责新产品研发过程中元器件的选型, 样品认可，代码申请和元器件规格书的发放；
2.参与新产品硬件BOM Review，对元器件选型和使用提供专业意见；
3.负责元器件样品的询价，参与供应商的开发，选择和管理；
4.执行元器件的降成本项目, 寻找替代料和器件认可，降低现有产品的原材料成本；
5.负责非RoHS元器件和重复料号元器件的清理；
6.依据新产品研发样机需求，负责元器件样品的申请和为样机和试产料采购的采购提供技术支持。
7.负责停产料的替代选型和测试认可。
Qualifications:
1.本科或以上学历，电子电气，通信或自动化等相关专业；
2.5年以上电子类元器件研发/采购工作经验，对电子元器件有较深的认识；
3.了解供应商管理和采购知识；
4.熟悉常用电子元器件、接插件、了解其性能、封装形式，制造商和价格等，具备一定的电路知识；
5.做事认真细心，积极主动，较强的团队合作精神；
6.良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧；
7.熟练掌握和使用Office 软件，具有一定的英文听说读写能力。
