E-Learning Sales Manager
The dedicated E-Learning Sales Manager develops new opportunities, maintain long term relationships and maximize sales opportunities with potential clients in North region of China. The sales manager will represent Berlitz a responsive manner, with integrity to both of our internal and external customer.
E-Learning Sales Manager (North China)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Achieve sales target & profitability (monthly, quarterly and annually).
? Develop strategy and sales plan for corporate client and distributor
? Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets, submit accurate sales report & forecasts
? Increase customer satisfaction through strong account management
? Actively participate all kinds of marketing events to promote Berlitz solutions
? Involved in whole sales cycle from initial calls, identify needs, proposal , bidding, contract negotiation to contract implementation
? Other duties assigned by E-learning Director
Working Location : BeiJing
Job Qualification
? Education: Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience required
? Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 Years Sales experience with excellent sales record in HR, IT or language training field,
- B to B selling experiences is a must
- Good knowledge of E-Learning
- Good business sense with an in-depth understanding of solutions
? Required Competencies/knowledge/skills:
- Positive attitude, Integrity, Persistency
- Good team-player and self –motivated
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft office suite, Outlook e-mail etc.)
