Responsible for:
Operation for each site
THE COMPANY’S GOAL
- The purpose of ADEN Services shall be to achieve satisfactory economic returns for the Company by the activities defined by the Management Board.
- The main business scope of ADEN shall be the activities directly involving catering, cleaning and security services for buildings, companies, department stores industrial zones, hotels, schools, etc.
- The Company services and servicing methods are determined to meet the international standards and to satisfy technical requirements of China.
MISSION
- Manage and develop the company’s operations for the Branch, in charge of Catering and Facility Management operations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily operations:
- Lead, manage and coach staff
- Coordinates and directs day-to-day operations
- Master the use of cleaning equipment and products
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Quality:
- To ensure the operation is operating accordance to the policy of the company

Duties
Communication
-Meet all the big customer face to face (starting with Branch Manager)
-Meet all the PM
-Meet all the team leader
-Meet all the Chef Cook…
-Meet all the Cleaning Supervisor
-Meet all the site manager
Operations Work
-Visit all our operations with PM
-Training on site…Look at it and improve the quality…Are we really doing or not?
-Uniform Image of ADEN every where
Catering:
-Special menu and set menu for catering
-Improve Hygiene
-Organization in the kitchen (Fridge ++++)
-Menu improvement
-Menu for Christmas
-Menu for 31/12/2008
-Look at cost & how to improve the GOP (especially starting January)
Cleaning
-Work with cleaning department manager on clear target
-Follow up the target of cleaning department manager-Have a clear understanding of the working flow
-Look at efficiency of the staff
Security
-Training record
-Image of the company
-Basic of all the site (CCTV working / alarm system / patrol checker++++)
-Intensive training of the leader & evaluation of each of them
-Look at the quality of our staff
-Check Monthly report that we have send to customer
Concept
-Set the SOP for all the big site
-Set up the book everywhere and make sure our leaders are fill up and using it…
-Communication to Customer (e-mail)
-PM meeting on weekly meeting + report + action plan
-Work on stop check planning
-Develop team work
