Job Specifications
-Prospect and develop new business for to factories, hotles, schools etc.
-Contact directly the potential customer (sales call…).
-Establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential customers through introducing and presenting

the company's services and solutions in F&B services,facilities management and cleaning and maitainance.

-Visit customers to collect and analyze field information of customer expectations on service needed.
-Set up meeting with potential customer.
-Negotiate on behalf of the company or support main negotiators to get service contracts (ability to negotiate the price).
-Able to develop his/her own customer portfolio.

Requirements
-College degree (or higher)
-Good command of English both written and oral
-Good computer skill
-Minimum 3 years proven sales and business development experiences; experience in trading,or a construction related and a service providing industry
-Able to maintain relationships with prospects, accounts.
-Good negotiator with solid presentation and communication skills
-Self-motivated and hardworking.
-Proactive with ability to take initiatives; willing to work under pressure.
-Chinese Nationality
-Cross-culture experience, such as working experience in a joint venture is desirable
