1 On the support from site manager to organize and execute the professional fixing and improvement in ventilation aspect (including special equipment management).
在设施经理的支持下，出色地组织并执行在电力方面的维修及改进工作；
2 Think about the current situation of ventilation facility, find and dispel with potential risks efficiently（Caused with spare-parts, maintenance and operation）；
预见性地考虑电力设备现状，有效地发现并消除潜在的风险（由于备件，维修和操作造成的）；
3 Set up , implement and optimize the PM in ventilation aspect(especially to set up and implement integrity plan in ventilation aspect):
建立，实施并不断优化电力方面的预防维修工作（特别是完整性计划的建立和执行）。
4 Arrange technical study to develop the ability of relative maintenance persons in ventilation aspect；
有效安排相关维修电工的电力方面的培训并逐步提高他们的能力;
5 Develop teamwork within plant to fulfill all job fluency;
在部门内及工厂中进行有效协作，实现工作的流畅；
6 Make the objective technology report after job finishing(Especially for malfunction aspect);
工作完工后，形成客观的技术报告（特别是故障管理方面）；
7 Set up patrol standard in electricity aspect and involved in daily rounds-inspection, to find problem timely;
建立电力方面的巡检标准，认真进行巡检工作，及时发现问题隐患；
8 Responsible for MTBF/MTTR statistic(In the future);
负责设备运行标准时间/维修标准时间的统计（未来）。
HSE RESPONSIBILITY健康/安全/环境主要职责

1 Comply with HSE of the company，implement work permit system, on the requirement of authorized person in WP procedure to ensure all activities must be in accordance with safety rules.
遵守公司HSE规章和制度。作为安全程序中的授权人必须执行公司的安全许可证制度，确保所有检修活动符合公司的安全规定。


REQUIRED QUALIFICATION必需的资格
1 Junior college graduates.
大专以上学历。
2 Servicing work experience in electricity aspect for 5 years
10年以上电力维修管理和实际工作经验。
2 Good English writing skill and general oral skill.
良好的英语书写能力和一般的英语口语能力。

3 Report to maintenance leader.
