1 On the support from site manager to organize and execute the professional fixing and improvement in HSE aspect (including fire-fighting management).
在设施经理的支持下，组织并执行专业化的HSE（包括消防系统）方面的日常和持续改善的工作；
2 Think about the current situation of HSE(including F-F), find and dispel with potential risks efficiently（Based on process safety analyze, CTA and HSE system setting up）；
预见性地考虑HSE（包括消防）方面的现状；卓有成效地发现并消除潜在的风险（建立在生产工艺性分析，关键任务分析，环境影响因素分析等等方面构成的体系上）
3 Master ISO18000, ISO14000 and relative audit system linked with HSE, set up and implement relative HSE management procedure based on relative audit system.
熟练掌握ISO18000和ISO14000以及相关的行业的职业健康，安全，环保（包括消防）审核标准，并在这些审核体系思想的指导下建立并发展相关的程序管理体系；
4 Organize , implement all kinds of HSE audit(including F-F system)and optimize daily HSE(including F-F)activity based on audit result:
组织，实施相关的审核活动并根据审核结果不断优化HSE（包括消防）方面的工作。
5 Arrange whole team to study relative HSE(including F-F) knowledge in order to develop the good consciousness and behavior in HSE(including F-F)aspect；
有效安排整个团队进行HSE（消防系统）的培训工作以便使整个团队形成良好的意识和习惯;
6 Develop teamwork within plant to fulfill all job fluency;
在部门内及工厂中进行有效协作，实现工作的流畅；
7 Make the objective HSE statistic and report(Including F-F), especially for NCR;
完成客观的HSE（包括消防）统计和报告， 特别是NCR报告；
8 Set up patrol standard in electricity aspect and involved in daily rounds-inspection, to find problem timely;
建立HSE（包括消防）方面的巡检标准，认真进行巡检工作，及时发现问题隐患；
HSE RESPONSIBILITY健康/安全/环境主要职责

1 Comply with HSE of the company，implement work permit system, on the requirement of authorized person in WP procedure to ensure all activities must be in accordance with safety rules.
遵守公司HSE规章和制度。作为安全程序中的授权人必须执行公司的安全许可证制度，确保所有检修活动符合公司的安全规定。


REQUIRED QUALIFICATION必需的资格
1 University/college graduates.
大学以上学历。
2 Servicing work experience in HSE aspect for 5 years
10年以上HSE管理和实际工作经验。
2 Good English writing skill and general oral skill.
良好的英语书写能力和一般的英语口语能力。

3 Report to maintenance leader.
