在设施经理的支持下，出色地完成设备维修技术资料的归档，保存工作；
2 Responsible of spare-parts, it’s necessary to ensure account, object and card matched up;
负责设备备件的日常管理工作，作到帐，物，卡相符
3 Responsible of receiving work notification, communicate with site manager, engineers efficiently, supply the necessary precondition of work order flow smoothly.
负责日常工作申请的接收，及时与设施经理，工程师沟通，为工单的流畅提供必要条件
4 Responsible of work permit preparation, communicate with site manager, engineers actively in order to ensure that all maintenance job being done with certificates.
负责工作许可证的准备，积极与设施经理，工程师沟通，确保相关维修工作是在获得安全许可证的前提下进行;
5 Responsible of energy management, finish utility monthly report. To optimize energy consumption on the base of implement relative measures ;
负责能源管理工作，每月完成能源月报，并积极与设施经理及团队沟通实现能源利用水平的不断优化。
6 Enhance the communication with customer, it’s required to form paper job in order to ensure the accuracy;
协助设施经理不断优化与甲方的沟通与政府相关部门沟通，沟通工作强调书面管理。
7 Responsible of checking on personal work attendance, and other administration job ;
负责部门的考勤及其他服务工作。
8 Responsible of applying for maintenance material, safety material, enhance to communicate with customer in order to get them timely.
负责部门维修材料，安全材料的申报及沟通工作，加强与甲方及维修团队沟通，确保维修材料，安全材料的供应的及时性。
9 Responsible of applying 5S in plant, pushing 5S optimization efficiently;
工厂5S的检查与确认，协助设施经理不断推进5S管理
