天津招聘

1. 中专以上学历，30岁以下，
2. 三年以上主管经验，退伍军人优先；
3. 具有1年以上大型物业（酒店、学校、工厂等）保安管理经验；
4. 爱岗敬业，服从命令，听从指挥，尽心尽责地做好本职工作；
5、此岗位为外岗，工作时要求站立值岗位。
6、组织好本保安团队的分工协作,每日召开当班保安员的例会。
7、负责对保安队员工的培训、考核、评估工作以及聘免和推荐。
8、做好本团队员工的思想工作,关心员工生活,提高业务水平。
9、完成上级交办的其他任务
工作时间及待遇：
1、上五休二
2、工资：3000-3500元/月
3、包吃住
4、缴纳社会保险、补充医疗保险、住房公积金
