工作内容：

· 与经销商建立良好的沟通和合作，及时有效沟通公司政策

· 制定工作计划，通过实地客户路线拜访，有效参与和指导分销商生意发展

· 完成经销商季度以及年度出货目标

· 及时执行公司渠道政策和各种渠道促销计划

· 管理经销商进销存状况

· 帮助经销商开拓各渠道客户，建立并执行经销商全渠道覆盖发展计划

· 在各渠道卖进新品，完成公司新品覆盖计划

· 执行公司各渠道促销计划，帮助经销商提升出货能力

· 制定实地工作拜访计划，一周至少4天和经销商销售团队共同进行路线拜访

· 参与经销商每日晨会，每周例会及每月例会

· 及时准确提交经销商进销存数据

招聘要求：

· 本科学历

· 5年以上零售行业或建筑工程相关行业销售经验，有经销渠道经验者优先

· 良好的沟通和团队合作能力

· 良好的执行力和学习能力

· 数据整理及分析能力

· 能适应出差
