Responsibilities:
SDE, Supplier Development Engineer is part of SDE Department. The Prime role of SDE is responsible for Monitor supplier’s performance based on Measurement of Performance. 供应商开发工程师隶属于采购部门，主要职责：在供应商业绩表现的基础上监控供应商的供货表现.
Implement the supplier audit and participate in project sourcing procedure before sourcing decision. 执行供应商审核，参与项目前期的项目采购件的供应商开发.
Help supplier completing APQP after sourcing decision. 供应商指定后支持帮助供应商完成项目产品APQP.
Review the APQP progress and status regularly and help supplier developing action plan for the open issues. 及时的品审供跟踪应商APQP 过程状态，以及帮助供应商解决开发过程中的发现问题点.
Monitor, Follow up the corrective action and close all the open issues of APQP监控跟踪纠正措施和关闭项目产品APQP 过程中的问题点
Provide technical support to supplier on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan etc. 在APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan 等方面上给与供应商技术上的支持.
Ensure product development meet the requirement of TRW GDPIM确保开发的产品达到 TRW GDPIM的要求.
Develop the SLP and monitor the quality performance and achieve all the TRW requirement before SOP制定安全生产计划，控制产品质量表现， SOP之前达到我们TRW的要求.
Lead LRA(Launch Readiness Audit) and Run@Rate before product launch and close all the open issues before SOP.组织产品量产启动审核和节拍生产验证，SOP产品量产前关闭所有的产品的问题点
Review and help supplier submit the PPAP. 评审和帮助供应商提交PPAP文件.
Manage and audit tier 3 suppliers when needs, to assess risk, ensure project timing and quality levels are achieved in support of overall program and product requirements. 必要时管控审核三级供应商，评估风险，确保项目时间进度和确保产品质量达到所有的项目和产品的要求
Coordinate to achieve TRW engineering change request or request from supplier. Monitoring manufacturing process change request. 协同完成TRW的工程变更对供应商的要求，或者妥善处理完成供应商的工程变更对供应商的请求，监控制造过程的变更请求.
Responsible with TRW plant purchasing to manage strategic sourcing, cost reduction plan负责管理管控TRW 采购部战略合作供应商，降低成本 计划.
Conduct new supplier audit and supplier development according purchasing policy. 根据TRW的采购方针，执行审核和开发薪供应商
Help the poor quality suppliers to develop a SD plan and following up the implementation of corrective action. 帮助质量状态差的供应商，制做提高计划方案，跟踪纠正措施执行
Provide training to help supplier to achieve TRW’s requirement培训帮助供应商使其达到我们TRW的要求.
Input and monitor the project status in VIN system. 在VIN 系统中输入和监控项目状态信息.
Update/maintain requested project information in VIN system. 更新维护VIN 系统中的项目信息.
Conduct the scheduled supplier audit in VIN and update the audit report in VIN system. VIN 系统中执行计划的供应商审核和更新审核报告

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or its equivalent. 机械/工业工程制造背景，或者相同类似背景
Minimum 3 years experience in SDE. 至少3年供应商开发工作经验.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9000, TS16949 and ISO 14000. 质量相关的知识如ISO 9000, TS16949 和 ISO 14000.
Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP MSA, FMEA, SPC etc. 熟悉质量管理工具如F APQP MSA, FMEA, SPC 等.
Automotive working experience preferred汽车行业工作经验者优先.
Experience in plastic or/and painting is preferred注塑/喷涂工作经验者优先.
Qualified Internal Auditor for ISO/TS 16949: 2002 or pass training. Qualified VDA 6.3 Process auditor preferred ISO/TS 16949: 2002 内审员资格或者接收过培训，VDA 6.3 审核员资格者优先.
Strong ability of problem solving and deal with conflicts. 较强的问题处理能力和妥善冲突处理能力
Excellent communication and leadership/self motivation skills良好的沟通能力 ，组织领导能，自我控制能力
Ability to receive working pressure承受工作压力能力
Good computer skill(PC, Internet and business related) 良好的电脑操作能力(电脑, 网络和业务相关)
Travel in China frequently可以中国区出差
