职位描述
Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
? planning and organizing production schedules;
? Continuously improves the group’s performance by implementing lean manufacturing concepts, techniques and processes;
? assessing project and resources requirements;
? estimating, negotiating and agreeing timescales with clients and managers;
? determining quality control standards;
? overseeing production processes;
? re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary;
? organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment;
? Effectively implements new performance management systems, production plans and performance criteria; confirms production progress; responds to delays; takes corrective actions; records KPI performance, Creates and implements group improvement plans;
? liaison with sales and quality department;
? Ensures team understands roles and responsibilities;
? Communicates goals and objectives, applies company policy, staffs, trains, coaches, recommends salary increases, administers discipline, insures positive employee relations and reviews the performance of employees;
? supervising the work of junior staff;
? Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree above, majors of technical would be preferred;
? More than 5 years’ experience in production areas, international manufacturing operations would be preferred; more than 5 years’ experience of supervisory experience;
? Strong people management, communication and leadership skills;
? Proficiency in MS office and production related software, such as Auto-CAD;
? Good spoken and written English skills are essential;
? Team-working sprit oriented, capable to work independently and under pressure.
