Job Mission:
-Overall management of one department in the store.门店部门的综合管理。

Job Description:
-Set up yearly sales target and yearly work goals for one department in store;
为本部门制定年度销售目标和工作目标
-Lead team to reach sales target and KPI goals for that Department;
带领部门其他同事一起达成销售目标和其他KPI目标
-Consistently maintain highest degree of customer service to guaranty customer's loyalty;
持续保持高标准的客户服务水平以保证客户忠诚度
-Develop and motivate staff through goal setting, on job training and regular work feedback to help them to reach the next level；
通过设定合理的目标、在职培训和定期给予反馈帮助进一步成长来激励和发展同事
- Ensure high standard of visual merchandising in the store to attract customer;
通过门店高标准的视觉营销来吸引顾客。


Requirements:
- Associate degree or above;
大专以上学历；
- Min. 5 years’ working experience in Retail industrial, Min. 2 years’ managerial experience in Store Operation, experience in Sports Retail is a plus;
至少五年以上零售业工作经验，至少两年以上门店管理工作经验，有体育品零售经验优先考虑；
- Excellent Supervisory skills (experience of managing a team of at least 2~3 people);
优异的主管技能（至少有带领2~3人的管理经验）；
- Understanding of the retail business peculiarities;
理解零售业；
- Result-focused, client-oriented;
结果导向，客户导向；
- Good command of computer skills;
良好的电脑操作能力；
