Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Strive for excellence across the portfolio in all aspects of service delivery and oversee vendor performance
* Act as primary contact for service requests, taking a receiving facility requests, and resolving issues with exceptional services in mind
* Coordinate ad-hoc and special events working with the client, third party vendors, and the public
* Assist with implementation, update/tracking, and quality control of best practice systems
* Oversee the delivery and performance of hard services including M&E fire systems and critical services, etc.
* Assist with critical off-hour issues and participate in engaging key team members in response to emergency situations
* Develop and cultivate positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff
Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years experience in FM/Property Management in a sizable facility/establishment and minimum of 6 years managerial experience
* A degree holder in Facilities Management/Property Management or equivalent
* Strong customer-oriented mentality
* Client relationship management skills required.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Mandarin.
