Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
1.Deliver quality services to customers and follow up any service inquiry or operation problem.Follow all of issues relevant with customer service job in shipping company such as booking release,space control,loading plan confirmed,rate input and so on.
2. Update system and finish all kinds of report.
3. Maintain good relationship with customers, Principal, other branches and overseas agents..
4. Handling space control accordingly instruction from principal.Cooperate with sales team,DOC team and operation team for vessel fulfillment.
Competencies (Knowledge / Experiences / Capabilities * / Languages)
1.University or college graduate preferred.
2. Minimum 1 years of customer service experiences in shipping or forwarding industry.
3. Sound shipping and computer knowledge.
4.Good command of written and spoken English, preferable with CET 6 or above .
5. Good communication, problem solving and relationship handling skills.
6.Customer oriented, proactive, self motivated and able to thrive under high pressure.
