Job Title:Manager
Business Unit:CBRE Consulting - Shenzhen
Reports To:Department Director, CBRE Consulting
SUMMARY
The key roles and responsibilities of a Manager, CBRE Consulting (“CBREC”) - Shenzhen are to:
I.Work collaboratively with the senior management of CBREC in relation to the activities of the business line.
II.Co-ordinate and implement the execution of assignments being undertaken by the designated Department/s of CBREC.
III.Liaise with both existing and potential clients regarding assignments being or to be undertaken by the Department.
IV.Assist in business development relating to potential clients to be agreed with the Department Director of CBREC, Shenzhen.
V.Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Department Director, CBRE Consulting or management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1)To play a key role in master planning assignments, especially in the provision of design and conceptual input and related feasibility studies.
2)To implement, execute and undertake consultancy projects and activities. You should ensure that assignment deadlines are met with high-quality research output.
3)To assist and implement best practices so that the quality of the assignment’s output for CBREC may be constantly upheld across the various relevant departments of CBREC across China.
4)To be accountable for the quality of work produced and take the accountability for the veracity of the data and the methodology used in arriving at conclusions put forward.
5)To service the needs of existing clients and the general nurturing of client relationships. You are expected to be continually aware of the needs of clients, to provide effective solutions and to follow up and maintain client contact after completion of projects.
6)To follow guidelines and carry out instructions from the supervisors in CBREC Shenzhen, particularly, the Department Director of CBREC – Shenzhen, or persons as nominated, working as part of a cohesive team to identify business opportunities and enhance the profitability of the Company through the timely, effective and appropriate provision of research and consultancy support.
7)To execute any other assignments or business development initiatives as directed by the Department Director of CBREC - Shenzhen or nominated persons.
REQUIREMENTS
?Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
?Strong communication skills, with good ability to articulate research findings analyse and present recommendations in a professional and proficient manner.
?Essential educational or professional qualifications necessary for successful job performance.
?High level of numeracy, especially with financial analysis.
?Confident, well experienced in dealing with top management in internal and external organisations.
?Master planning/architectural skills.
?Highly independent, analytical and detail-oriented.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
