Job description

1. Overseas daily operations of CNC workshop, Quality, Packing and Warehouse staff.

2. Control the 3M - MRP planning and daily production output

3. Implement and enforce LEAN and 5S principles in the plant

4. Work with Engineering to implement new products and equipment

5. Implement and integrate quality systems such as TS16949

6. Communicate and participate in customer meetings and visits

7. Enforce EHS

Requirements

1. Deep understanding with CNC and tool making;

2. Practical background as metal worker, tool maker or similar

3. Hands on approach to solving problems on the shop floor

4. Minimum 3 years management experience in China

5. Strong leadership skills with workers and middle management
