Main Responsibility:
1. Review non-trade supplier contract and agreement, negotiate with suppliers on price and service quality to ensure the cost effectiveness and monitor the selection of the suppliers.
2. Review and approve operating expenses reimbursement to ensure all expense spending are following the OPEX policy and procedure.
3. Responsible for the monthly closing on operating expenses accruals and adjustment.
4. Provide detail OPEX analysis and disclose the potential risks to the management for determining the impact to the company profitability.
5. Responsible for annual budget and rolling forecast on OPEX and Capital expenditure.
6. Involve in analyzing feasibility of some big capital investment (e.g. Equipment leasing) and specific project
7. Responsible for insurance program reviewing and analysis on insurance premium
8. Responsible for develop, maintain and updates on OPEX on line system in EIP.
9. Involving in specific assignment on project base

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields above;
2. Five years of work related experience is a must;
3. Advance with professional project management experience
4. Good in problem solving, collaborating and interpersonal skills, consistently drive results.
5. Good in English and Mandarin
