Job Summary:
Successfully open the shops within objective schedule, under budget, with good quality.

Job Description:


-Potential site visiting and measurement, coordinate with internal architect and external design company for the project design;

-Coordinate with Internal/External for the site delivery, drawing review and construction etc;

-Prepare and attend the bidding process, evaluation the tender both in commercial and technical part;

- Responsible for the project schedule, budget, quality, safety etc;

- Coordinate with company internal for Project opening;

- Coordinate and manage all project suppliers;

- Coordinate with the shop operation team for the shop handover, opening, training and maintenance etc;

- Responsible to put some project informations into company’s control system, such as CIS, bdocs etc;

- Archive and manage the project documents.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management;

- 7+ years experiences in project management, prefer retail project experience;

- At least 2 years’ experience as project manager;

- Be able to multitask and manage priorities;

- Basic English, both spoken and written;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Autocad, Microsoft Project etc;

- Good collaboration & team work;

- Flexibility, responsible, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, team spirit
