We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
-To establish and manage a robust Mortgage team. To build up an effective and robust team to move toward the group strategy and department objectives set out by management.
-To work with HBCN RBWM, HBCN Risk, GSC Mortgage team and other stakeholders in process streamlining and service level improvement.
-To lead process management and change management initiatives in Mortgage related areas.
-To facilitate key projects concerning the end-to-end processes across departments.
-To promote and leverage production management tool to constantly monitor and improve operational effectiveness.
-To control and mitigate operational risks in Mortgage function.
-To maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 year working experience, including 3+ years management experience in Mortgage area.
- Thorough knowledge of retail mortgage operations
- Knowledge in Compliance, Risk Control, and Operational Production Management.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve production goals
- Ability plan, track, monitor and prepare report and MI on departmental goals and objectives
- Ability to interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Fluent Spoken and Written English.
- Bachelor’s degree
