Job Description
Position Title: Business Development Manager
Reporting line: Managing Director
Subordinates: Marketing department (Beijing and Shanghai).
Tasks
？ Improve sales volume, develop new clients; Marketing strategy development
？ Sales Strategy: Develop his own and new clients; Regular customer contacts and follow-up; Quotation and proposal writing
？ Management: Manage the marketing and sales team; Cost control; Support the project team, esp. report and presentation
Professional requirements:
？ Approx. 5 years+ marketing research experience in international company, approx. 5 years+ in sales / client development / revenue responsibility
？ Good presentation skills both in English and Chinese
？ Good knowledge of market research, esp. in quantitative
？ Entrepreneurial mind set
？ Ambitious
？ Open minded, pragmatic, flexible and hands-on
？ Cross-cultural background
