岗位目标(Purpose)
Set up both internal and external websites for business and organization goals. Response for website develop, maintain and operation. Support on content provider to effectively publish online materials and marketing campaigns.Follow Giti’s Print, Web & Digital standards.

职责描述(Responsibilities)
Website design, coding, test and deployment.

Optimize website performance for site speed, site traffic and user experience.

Discuss requirements with team members and provide practical proposals.

Work with QA team and Document team to finish quality assurance.

Report work effort to team leader or PM weekly.

Support team leader or PM on team build to set up an effective/ambitious/happy/help each other team culture.

Research and share new topics on development or team work monthly.
Obey company’s guides and rules.

任职资格（Qualification）
At least 1year experience in e-commerce website UI/Web development

C#, asp.net,or JSP，PHP

sql server, or Oracle，Mysql
