岗位目标(Purpose)
Staff will define and maintain the digital marketing strategy including methods for engagement, moderation policies, content building, and outreach initiatives. Manage day-to-day operations incl. scheduling and administering promotions, community moderation, content creation, WeChat, blogging etc.


职责描述(Responsibilities)
Define and maintain the community strategy including methods for engagement, moderation policies, content building, and outreach initiatives;
Manage day-to day operations incl. scheduling and administering promotions, community moderation, content creation, blogging etc.
Communicate directly with players, building strong relationships and maintaining a visible external presence;
Monitor online data analysis and other communication media to identify common player issues and discussion patterns;
Promote various incentives using social media channels (Wei Bo, WeChat, MySpace, QQ etc).
Conceptualize and execute community-facing initiatives including contests, volunteer programs, offline events, convention presence, and email campaigns etc.
Monitor online buying trends and offer recommendations;
Coordinate with production and web development teams to help plan and develop community and website features (online shopping, forums, content systems, etc.)
Compile and distribute Daily, Weekly, and Monthly web-related metric reports;
Accurately assess and proactively escalate issues, observations, opportunities and insights to the appropriate team members;
Write periodic articles for the company web site;


任职资格（Qualification）
At least 3 years related working experience;
Well Understand on-line customers and shoppers;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
