1. 3年以上的开发经验，能够熟练使用C#相关的开发工具；
2. 参与过完整的SDLC；
3. 具备独立完成一个功能的设计及开发；
4. 熟悉C#、MS SQL Server 2008/2010；
5. 有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。

1 Collaborate within a team environment in the development, testing and support of software development project lifecycles.
2 Work with clients to clarify requirements and ensure that project design meets client’s business and technical requirements.
3 Analyze, design, develop & debug web-enabled applications
4 Understand and able to deploy modular structured programming techniques
5 Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems.
6 Involvement with unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
7 Work closely with managers and directors in working with project teams.
8 Develop software as required by project requirements.
