Purpose of Position
-Assist entity to build up forecast and budget process in accordance with group requirement
-Take part in group strategy plan and key projects decision
-Guide entity for investment
-Assist entity for project assessment
-Check CAPEX request from entity
-Record and trace approval workflow of CR
-Trace implementation progress of expansion and key projects
-Sum up CAPEX management report
-Build and optimize investment management policy, process and system
-Execute project completion audit, assess actual profit, check project management problems, and coordinate management department for improvement.
- Support on the investment related and ad hoc requirements

Skills Knowledge
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance /Accounting or related major.
- Basic knowledge of tire products, manufacturing process, main equipment, etc.
- Approx. 1-2 years working experiences in manufacturing plants related to FA or investment management.
- Fluent spoken and good written English

- Conceptual, analytical thinking and creative in problem solving;
- Strong communication skill and be able to liaise with a variety of non-financial functions;
- Be able to work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills(excel etc)

-Kick off
-Design report template and instruction
-Coordinate related dept. provide data timely
-Monitor data preparation, ensure data and analyst report with high quality
-Sum up data and analyst for all entities

CAPEX Request 30%
-Share group plan for 5 years timely
-Assist entity for project feasibility study
-Check CAPEX request application documents
-Trace and record approval workflow in HQ related approval depts.
-Generate CR no. for approved projects

Investment Project Trace 10%
-Trace implementation progress of expansion and key projects
-Project loan
-Contract
-Payment
-Delivery
-Installation
-Running in

CAPEX Management Report 15%
-Identify report issues of entities
-Coordinate plant controllers to collect explanation from entities timely
-Sum and prepare monthly group CAPEX analyst report
-Prepare Nuri CAPEX analyst report
-Prepare other temporary reports

System Optimization, Process Improvement and Policy Update 15%
-Investment management process improvement
-Management policy update
-Investment management system support

Investment Project Completion Audit 5%
-Actual implementation
-Profit achievement
-Identify issues
-Coordinate management dept. provide improvement solution
-Trace execution and effect of improvement
