Position: Senior Business Analyst（Distribution Channel Management Systems）

Report to Head of E-Business



Purpose:

Staff will take the initiative to bridge business problems to its technical solutions through various interpersonal skills and software requirements engineering practices.



Responsibilities:

1 Be part of business dept to understand business and operational details. Generate business needs through involving business activities and operations, interviewing with stakeholders & subject-matter experts, participating in project meetings, and observing business processes in practice. 25%

2 Define and develop requirements through analysis, drafting, prototyping and etc. methods. 25%

3 Verify requirements specifications with their sources. 25%

4 Communicate software requirements between the technical team members. 20%

5 Requirement management. 5%



Requirements:

Bachelor and above , 5+ years of IT related working experiences.

Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position.

Sound knowledge in web application and/or software system design.

Domain knowledge in Distribution Channel Management, Automobile or Tires Industry is highly advantageous.

Previous working experience in enterprise grade software products development is highly advantageous.

Knowledge & Skill Strong interpersonal & presentation skills. Strong analytical skills.

Ability to develop professional software requirement specification documents.

Proficient in at least one software prototyping tools.

Ability to prioritize, manage and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously.
