JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Strategic Planning
? Develop financial management strategy to support the execution and achievement of short-term and long-term strategic business goals.
? Lead the preparation of long-term financial plans aligned to company’s strategic objectives, playing a major role in the planning process and the development of related documentation.
Budgeting & Forecasting
? Explore and develop new Budget and Forecasting approach to enhance strategic planning and improve flexibility.
? Monitor financial performance during the year and maintain the rolling financial forecast, preparation of long term revenue and capital budgets.
? Develop an accurate model of the business to forecast earning with a narrow variance, assess deviations from forecast and institute processes to enhance forecasting accuracy. Business Analysis model building up
? Develop and implement standard portfolio of analytical data to support decision making (projects, restructure, investment, etc)
? Support ad hoc M&A and strategic business development goals, via deal-related analytics, including due diligence and integration planning activities.
Cross Teamwork
? Work closely with the Corporate Strategy, Accounting, Reporting, IR and other FP&A staff, ensuring seamless, effective financial communications in Corporate.
Management Reporting
? Provide executive management with financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis including analysis on revenue, costs, and key productivity metrics.
? Prepare financial presentations and various ad hoc analyses for the management team.
? Provide advice to executive members on resolution of critical operational issues and drive business growth.
Process Improvement
? Implement Hyperion Reporting (Essbase and HFM) to automate business unit reporting and financial consolidation

Requirements:
Master degree in finance or MBA;
CPA, ACCA, CMA certificates preferred.
15+ years’ experience across FP&A, finance, and planning roles, have regional working experience, related industry working experience is preferred
Familiarity with all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, financial and management reporting, variance analysis; Able to identify and breakdown processes; Successful at designing operations for simplicity and designing intelligent processes to generate information.
Critical Competency
Experience in building, reviewing and presenting financial models, budgets and plans
Able to work collaboratively with other executives, functional leaders, and finance executives in a complex, global business environment. Strong leadership skills.
Outstanding communication, writing and presenting skills.
Exceptional analytical and business planning skills.
