塑料机械及周边辅助设备行业
工作职责：
1）开发及管理华南、西南市场销售
2）管理华南、西南的销售团队
3）开发及管理重点客户
4）开发及管理区域内的销售渠道
5）收集市场需求信息，拓展品牌形象
6）负责华南、西南分公司及办事处的日常管理
7）协助总经理、销售总监制定华南、西南的市场策略的制定，确保策略的正确执行，提高区域的销售业绩
职位要求：
1）大学本科以上学历
2）有10年以上销售经验，其中至少5年以上的销售管理经验，有区域销售管理经验者优先考虑，有独立开发新市场经验者优先考虑
3）熟悉塑料行业，要求有塑料主机、辅机或者模具等设备的销售经验，有技术背景的候选人优先考虑
4）有能力管理及开发华南及西南的市场，制定相关的开发计划及销售策略；开发及管理区域内的重点客户，拓展在华南、西南的客户群；提高公司在此区域内的销售业绩
5）具备良好的团队精神，可以管理华南、西南的销售人员，提供必要的培训与指导，参与重大项目的销售进程
6）出色的沟通协调能力
7）收集汇总市场需求信息，分析竞争对手的市场动向。
8）树立世界一流品牌的形象。
9）工作努力刻苦，可以长期出差
10）要求熟练地英语听说写的能力
