Job Responsibilities:
Video conferencing coordination and support
Collaborate with meeting requestors to complete meeting registration in booking systems;
Assist meeting requestors to get meeting environment prepared and tested before the meeting starts;
Ensure proper communications being delivered between meeting requestors, global supporting team and attendees;
Manage meeting changes/cancellations;
Provide efficient on-site troubleshooting service if there is any meeting interruption;
Regular check for meeting room facilities;
Maintain and update meeting support documents, SOPs and training materials;
Coordinate local AV support vendor for the regular maintenance of meeting room facilities

Accountability:
Ensure meeting room facilities remain in good running conditions
Ensure conferencing running smoothly
Coordination and management for Local AV support vendor
Complexity:
The role needs often support the video conferencing in the evening, and needs working closely with various stakeholders including admin, local IT, global video conferencing support team and local AV support vendor.
Specialised Knowledge:
Basic Requirements:
service minded, good communication skill, good spoken & written English, basic IT knowledge, could working flexible (support evening conference)
