你将全面负责管理一款全球化产品的研发工作, 包括但不限于:
You will be fully responsible for the management of a global product research and development work, including but not limited to:
1. 整个研发过程的项目管理;
The whole process of R&D project management;
2. 软件产品的发布及管理;
The release of software products and management;
3. 团队建设及管理(约15人);
Team building and management (about 15 people);
4. 负责与全球其它IT团队技术沟通的桥梁;
Responsible for the communication with other global IT team;
5. 负责产品的全球技术支持.
职位要求：
Job requirements:
1. 计算机或相关专业，本科以上学历；
Computer science or related major, bachelor degree or above;
2. 3年以上软件研发项目管理经验；
At least 3 years’ experience in project management of software development;
3. 具备丰富的软件工程知识，熟悉项目管理理论，有良好的需求分析、项目规划、进度控制、风险管理、项目沟通等项目管理能力；
Have the knowledge of software engineering, be familiar with project management theory, has the good demand analysis, project planning and schedule control, risk management, project communication and project management skills;
4. 为人诚信、爱岗敬业、有责任心；
A honest person and has the sense of responsibility;
5. 具有团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力；
With team work spirit and good communication skills;
6. 英语听说读写流利；
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
7. 需要配合出差；
Need travel sometimes
8. 有大型运营管理系统开发经验优先；
Large operations management system development experience is a plus;
9. 有微软Sliverlight经验者可优先考虑；
Microsoft Sliverlight experience is prefered;
10. 日语口语熟练者可优先考虑；
Spoken Japanese skill is prefered;
11. 精通.Net ,SQL Server开发，有实际.Net 开发经验优先考虑;
Proficient in.net, SQL Server development, has practical. Net development experience is preferred;
12. 有敏捷开发经验者优先考虑,比如SCRUM.
Who has the experience of agile development methods like e.g. SCRUM is preferred.
