POSITION: Logistics Assistant

Description:
Support a Senior Logistics specialist in daily work management. Act as liaison between the different departments of the company, between customers, account managers, warehouse employees and supplier regarding customer inquiries and inventory logistics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of a wide range of information including sales and inventory reports. Fulfill other logistics and administrative tasks as requested. Respond to customer inquiries, produce sales quotes, prepare tender answer documentation. Assist resolution of logistics problems and discrepancies.

职位描述：

协助高级物流专员处理日常工作管理。协助物流专员进行公司各部门之间的沟通协调，根据客户的需求以及物流管理的需求协助物流专员进行客户与项目经理、仓库员工以及供应商之间沟通协调。及时准确的更新维护各类信息，包括销售以及库存报告等。根据主管要求完成其他物流以及行政工作。回答客户咨询，制作销售报价，准备投标回答文件。协助解决物流问题和差异。

§ Requirements:

- Experience in Logistics Industry

- The position requires organized, motivated, analytical, detail-minded and capable problem solvers with strong communication skills.

- Ability to work well independently or as members of a team;

- Friendly service-minded candidates with a good initiative, motivation and the ability to work in an integrated team

- Customer minded and great team player, candidate must be motivated by a burning desire to help people

- Positive, responsive, dependable, caring, understanding and well-organized candidates

§ Able to work under pressure in a busy environment

§ Ability to plan and organize workload

§ Good command of oral and written English

§ Strong ethics with impeccable integrity

§ Conversant with main MS software applications
