POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: Shanghai

Description:
Manage and coordinate the communication between local vendors, client and the company, a logistics service provider so as to deliver service levels that exceed customer expectations.

管理和协调当地供货商、客户和公司各物流运作部门的沟通和协调，保证提供超出客户期望的服务水准。

l Process daily customer orders timely and accurately

l Coordinate with operation team for orders’ pickup/packing/dispatching

l Track daily deliveries with trucking co. and end customers closely

l Deal with operation issues and report to supervisor clearly

l Follow the operation process and update required reports

l Establish and maintain goods relationship with Customer

l 每天及时和准确地处理客户订单

l 与团队成员协调合作完成订单的采集，整理和分配

l 通过卡车公司追踪每天的送货情况并与终端客户紧密联系

l 处理实际工作中的问题并清楚地报告给主管

l 按照工作流程办事并且及时更新所需报告

l 建立并维护与客户的良好关系

Requirements:
The position requires

l College degree or above

l Minimum 1 years working experience in similar logistics functions (order processing, customer service, retailer delivery, transportation, etc)

l Strong project management knowledge and background is preferred.

l A clear systematic & analytical thinker, process orientated.

l Service-minded candidates with a good initiative, motivation and the ability to work in an integrated team

l Positive, responsive, dependable, caring, understanding and well-organized candidates with excellent communication skills (written and oral)

l Able to work under pressure in a busy environment

l Good command of oral and written English

l Strong ethics with impeccable integrity

l Conversant with main MS software applications (Excel, PPT, etc)

l 大专及以上学位

l 最少一年的在有关物流领域的工作经验（订单处理，客服，零售商交货，运输等）

l 有项目管理经验者优先

l 要求思路清晰，有较强的分析能力并且以流程为导向

l 有服务意识，工作主动, 积极努力，与团队融合

l 乐观，负责，关心，较强的理解力和较好的组织能力和沟通能力（包括说和写）

l 能够在压力下在繁忙的环境中工作

l 英语说写具佳

l 良好正直的道德品质

l 熟练运用各办公软件
